JOB TITLE: Senior Revit Drafter

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Revit Drafter to lead the development of high-quality drawings. This role requires advanced Revit expertise and the ability to manage complex projects from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical drafting skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient designs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain detailed drawings and models using Revit for architectural, structural, and/or MEP disciplines.
• Develop complex 2D/3D models and families that meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate drawings with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to resolve design conflicts.
• Manage drafting standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency across projects.
• Translate design concepts and technical information into clear, accurate construction documents.
• Review and redline drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications.
• Train and mentor junior drafters on Revit workflows and standards.
• Support project managers and engineers by providing technical input during planning and design phases.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of professional drafting experience, with a strong focus on Revit .
• Proven expertise in advanced Revit modeling, family creation, and project setup.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation and drafting standards.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on large or custom projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision and efficiency.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting/design tools is a plus.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or related field preferred.
