Pay Rate: $20- $22.53

JOB SUMMARY

Provides administrative and clerical support for BPV.

• Duties include telephone coverage (answering and routing calls), processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, and handling program-related documents.
• Responsibilities include processing Certificate of Inspection fees, printing and mailing certificates, invoices, notices of violation, preparing and sending license renewals, as well as scanning, filing and maintaining records.
• Additional administrative tasks may be assigned as needed to support the Division's operations.
