The Chaplain will be responsible for the religious and spiritual needs of the patients, families and their visitors, as well as hospital staff members. The Chaplain will respond in a timely manner to all requests for spiritual care and assistance. The Chaplain will assess the religious and spiritual needs of the client, and address or assist in addressing these needs whenever possible. The Chaplain will offer spiritual support and guidance where appropriate.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $68.640.00 to $85,716.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
