Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Category Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Bentonville, AR. In this role, you will cultivate and strengthen the relationship with the Walmart Merchant and manage the end-to-end modular drawing process. The position reports directly to the Director of Category Management. The ideal candidate will be a strong fit with our core values, possess a passion for sales, and demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in a CPG Category Development role
• Experience analyzing data across various category management insight areas, including price and promotion optimization, assortment rationalization, new item performance, basket affinity analysis, cross-shop, source of volume, switching, etc.
• Strong knowledge of core data sets, including point-of-sale (Nielsen/Circana/SPINS) and household data (Nielsen/Circana/SPINS/Numerator)
• Experience with retailer-specific shopper data platforms (Walmart Luminate or 8451 Stratum preferred)
• Robust storytelling skills and ability to visualize data in a compelling manner (portfolio of examples will be preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Advanced Blue Yonder skills
• Outstanding organizational skills, presentation skills, and follow-up skills
• Travel 10-20%
