WHAT DO YOU DO?

* Engage with customers and understand their needs * Support service advisors throughout the customer experience * Answer inbound service calls * Notify customers about recalls and parts arrivals * Follow up on service experiences * Scan service tickets * Provide receptionist coverage as needed * Participate in team/process improvement sessions * Learn service offerings and develop product knowledge * Build long-lasting customer relationships * Bring a positive, energetic attitude daily

QUALIFICATIONS

* Customer service experience * Strong communication and listening skills * Positive, professional, and hardworking demeanor * Strong computer skills * Valid driver’s license
