Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in North Andover, MA . This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 3-4 years of experience looking to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong foundational knowledge of SQL, a keen analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders and customers to elicit, document, and validate both functional and non-functional requirements.
• SOW Development: Support the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs) and project documentation.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Use SQL to extract and analyze data from various sources to support business decisions.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency through data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a bridge between business units and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Documentation: Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs), and use cases.
• Testing & QA: Assist in the development of test cases, perform system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and diverse industry settings
• Exposure to change management and process improvement initiatives
• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or stakeholder meetings

• North Andover, MA (Onsite – 5 days/week)
• Full-Time | Salary: $60,000 – $80,000
• Local candidates preferred
