The Breakfast Server is a key role in ensuring our guests have a positive experience. As a Breakfast Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during breakfast operations, setting up the breakfast area, serving guests our a la carte menu, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area. Responsibilities:

• Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive (5am start time)
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Replenish food and beverages as needed
• Utilize our POS system when ringing in orders, and properly closing out guest checks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area
• Assist guests with any requests or questions
• Weekends are required

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Prior Food service or customer service experience (preferred)
• Ability to work early mornings (5-6am report time)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to navigate POS systems
• Cash handling experience
• Team player
