Job Summary:
Boston Bowl is seeking a dedicated and friendly Bowling Center Attendant/Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bowling center and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with selecting and checking in bowling equipment
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of bowling lanes and equipment
- Collect and record fees for lane rentals and shoe rentals
- Monitor and enforce safety rules and regulations
- Provide instruction and tips to customers on proper bowling techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bowling center and lanes
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of bowling equipment and operations is a plus
