Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to
support students in Modesto, CA for the 2025–26 school year. You’ll provide behavioral
assessments, develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and work closely
with school staff and families to promote student success.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and review behavior data
• Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and IEP teams
• Train and support staff in ABA-based strategies
• Attend IEP meetings and ensure compliance with regulations
• Promote positive, inclusive behavior practices school-wide
Requirements:
• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• School-based experience conducting FBAs and implementing BIPs
• Strong knowledge of ABA and behavior supports
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Familiarity with California special education procedures and IEPs
• Experience supporting students with autism and behavioral needs
• CPI or similar behavioral safety training
