About Autism Centers of Utah

The Katari family began their autism therapy journey for a deeply personal reason—to ensure their son received the care he deserved. What started as a single ABA center in Florida grew into a multi-site, highly effective ABA system that helped hundreds of families across the state.

Now, that same passion and expertise is launching Autism Centers of Utah, led by their son Cody Katari, and built on a foundation of love, leadership, and high-quality care. Our flagship center in Sandy, Utah will be the first of many as we create one of the largest and most innovative autism centers in the state.

Your Opportunity

We’re hiring our first BCBA in Utah—an ambitious, outgoing leader with classroom teaching experience and a passion for mentorship. This is a clinical role with real impact and the freedom to focus on what you do best.

You’ll be joining a mission-driven organization with deep ABA experience and strong values—where your contributions will shape the culture and clinical excellence of our new Sandy location.

Who You Are

• A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed or eligible in Utah.
• Required: At least one year of classroom teaching experience (general education, special ed, or early childhood).
• A confident communicator and mentor who leads by example.
• Extroverted, people-oriented, and excited to collaborate with families and team members.
• Motivated by opportunity and aligned with our mission to raise the bar in autism services.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee clinical programs and supervise RBTs delivering ABA services.
• Use your teaching background to develop full-day programming, giving clients the opportunity to thrive in a structured classroom-like setting and rotate through a variety of engaging electives within our expansive facility.
• Build programming that helps prepare children for whatever is next—whether it’s school readiness, social integration, or life skills.
• Focus fully on clinical excellence—you won’t be bogged down by admin tasks like scheduling, authorizations, billing, or compliance paperwork. We already have all systems, processes, and support teams in place so you can maximize your time doing what you love.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to help shape the clinic’s future.
• Potential path to Clinical Director as we grow (not guaranteed).
