Job Title : “ Billing/Invoicing Specialist”

Duration : 09+Months (possible extension upto 30 months)

Location : Bedminster, NJ (Onsite)

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $19.00 - 23.00/hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Fulltime employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.

Note : Worksite based, Bedminster, NJ Only Business hours are 9 to 6, Monday through Friday. 100% in the office Must have the ability to apply for Government Clearance

JOB TITLE: Legal Billing Contractor

Job Description:

• Assist billing analyst with invoicing and payments
• Prepares and sorts mail/checks for data entry
• Enters data into case management system and checks to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
• Researches and resolves billing inquiries/discrepancies
• Tracks account receivables
• Manage High Volume of Invoicing / Payments

Qualifications:

• Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work as team and communicate to team members

Even better if you have:

• A basic background in finance and/or accounting for reconciling checks, ach deposits to invoicing and bank deposits
• Experience with finance/accounting or invoicing practices
• Experience with Adobe Pro (helpful for fixing invoices and being able to mass print)
• Basic understanding of legal process"
