Title: Litigation Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

Location: Houston, Texas

Salary: $130,000 - 150,000, Depending on Experience

In this role, the Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing cases independently, maintaining accurate and timely billing of hours, and delivering high-quality legal work. Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation and probate cases from start to finish with minimal supervision
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
  • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships
  • Participate in business development opportunities to build your own book of business

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in litigation
  • Efficient and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience accurately tracking and billing hours
  • Ability to work independently and manage caseloads effectively

Bonus Experience

  • Experience in probate and/or real estate law
  • Desire and ability to build your own book of business within the firm
