Role: Assistant General Counsel
Employer: Consumer Brand Company
Experience Required: 10+ Years', preferably with a global law firm before moving to in-house counsel
Hybrid – In office T-Th and 100% remote summers (Memorial Day – Labor Day)
Our client, an innovative consumer brand company, is looking for an Assistant General Counsel to support its next level of products and innovation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in all aspects of IP law (including patent law) and a strong track record of protecting and enhancing brand value in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. The selected candidate will interface with business partners throughout the organization to provide strategic and comprehensive legal counsel to mitigate the company’s global risk profile and help accomplish our business objectives. The Assistant General Counsel will work closely with the Marketing, Product Development and Operations teams.
Requirements:
Base salary is expected mid-$200K plus bonus, depending on qualifications and experience. Interested attorneys with matching backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
