Asset Manager (Austin, TX – In Office)
A well-capitalized real estate investment firm is hiring an Asset Manager to join its growing team in Austin. This is a high-impact role with direct ownership over a diverse portfolio of value-add commercial assets.

Role Highlights:
• Lead asset strategy, execution, and reporting across a mixed portfolio
• Drive lease-up performance, expense management, and value creation
• Oversee third-party leasing and property management teams
• Manage detailed reporting to institutional capital partners
• Collaborate with acquisitions, development, and FP&A on active pipeline
Ideal Profile:
• 5–10 years of experience in asset management or leasing (office, industrial, or retail)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; highly detail-oriented
• LP-side or institutional exposure preferred
• Comfortable in a lean, fast-paced, in-office environment
• Action-oriented, low-ego, and thrives in an ownership culture
Location: Austin, TX (in-office)
Travel: Approx. monthly or quarterly, based on asset needs
