Compressed A: Sunday – Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Compressed B: Sunday – Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Compressed C: Every other Wednesday + Thursday – Saturday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Compressed D: Thursday – Saturday and every other Wednesday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Job Description:
Raytheon is seeking Production Workers to join our microelectronics manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for precision assembly of electronic components in a cleanroom environment. Success in this position requires hand/finger dexterity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow written instructions.
Responsibilities:
Manual assembly including soldering and microelectronic component handling
Use of microscopes, ovens, and semi-automated equipment
Follow detailed work instructions through the Factory Operating System (FOS)
Log nonconformance's and perform necessary rework
Complete annual training in safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems.
Required Skills:
•Up to 2 years of relevant experience in electronics or manufacturing
•Ability to read engineering drawings and follow procedures
•Proficiency in basic math and computer use
•Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in a microelectronics manufacturing environment, especially in aerospace or defense sectors.
• Soldering experience to Military and/or ANSI/J standards is highly desirable.
• Previous microelectronic assembly experience.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
• Proven drive for continuous improvement and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education:
High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or equivalent 2-year post high school training) with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
