We design, produce, and deliver expert level merchandise solutions, working at the intersection
of music, fashion, and culture.

We’re looking for a full-time Account Coordinator to help us keep up with the fast-paced,
high-energy world of music merchandise. This role is all about supporting our Senior Account
Managers and making sure the day-to-day workflow of our artist accounts runs smoothly.
This is not a boring desk job. You’ll be part of the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps tours,
festivals, and e-commerce drops moving. If you thrive in a creative, deadline-driven environ-
ment where no two days are the same, this is your stage.
What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate artist projects and merchandise orders from start to finish
• Track timelines, approvals, and deliverables to keep launches on point
• Work directly with production teams, vendors, and fulfillment partners
• Help manage client updates and ensure every detail is buttoned up
• Keep project files, artwork, and notes organized and production-ready
• Support quality control, inventory tracking, and restock planning
• Handle the admin flow that keeps accounts running seamlessly
Skills we’re looking for:
• Confidence with Excel/Google Sheets (reporting, pivots, formulas)
• Comfort in Photoshop/Illustrator for light design adjustments & mockups
• Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, etc.)
• Organized with cloud storage systems (Dropbox, Google Drive)
